Shipping Policy
Domestic Delivery: All packages shipped within the United States will be shipped USPS first class mail. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer when the postage is printed. Delivery time will usually be 2 to 5 business days. International Delivery: All packages shipped outside of the United States will be shipped USPS first class mail. In order to lower shipping costs to the customer we charge flat rate shipping on all packages and we can only offer tracking and insurance on a case per case basis. Helitek-RC accepts no liability for international packages that are lost in the mail or seized by customs, with the exception of lost packages insured at the customer's expense. If you wish your package to be insured/tracked send an email to tonys@helitek-rc.com and we'll make arrangements with you. Helitek-RC accepts no responsibility for taxes or additional fees once a package leaves the United States. It is your responsibility to pay whatever customs fees or taxes that your country applies. We will not label a package as a "gift" or list the items in the package as being a fictional value. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination country, the amount of time the package sits in customs, and the time it takes to deliver it once it clears customs. Packages take between 5 to 10 business days to arrive at most destinations. |
